These terms govern your use of the free public website-audit tool provided by Goup Space Sp. z o.o. ("Otack Audit", "we"). By submitting a domain for a public audit you accept these terms.
What the free audit is
The public audit is a free, informational, passive screening of publicly available signals of the domain you submit. It gives you an indicative snapshot and score — it is not a full penetration test, a certification, or a guarantee of security.
Provided "as is"
The tool and its results are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the audit is complete, error-free, or that it detects every issue. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for decisions taken on the basis of the result.
Not a security guarantee or legal advice
A good score does not mean a site is secure, and the report is not legal, compliance or security advice. It does not certify compliance with any standard (for example NIS2 or GDPR).
Acceptable use
Use the tool only for domains you own or are authorised to check, and in line with applicable law. Do not use it to harass others, to overload the service, or to circumvent its anti-abuse controls (reCAPTCHA, rate limits). We may refuse, throttle or block requests to protect the service.
Deeper audits require proven ownership
The public tool never runs an active or intrusive audit. A deeper, active audit (and any remediation work) is a separate engagement and is only performed after you prove ownership or authorisation of the domain, using our verification procedure.
Changes
We may update these terms and the tool at any time. The version in force is the one published here when you use the service.
